About Marchini Nutrition

Marchini Nutrition is a dietitian service that is specifically designed for people who need nutritional guidance or are facing complex health conditions. Sally Marchini, who runs Marchini Nutrition, is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with your best interests in mind.

As a licensee of Nutrition Plus, Sally is recognised as a leader in Early Life Nutrition. Sally speaks around Australia, training other dietitians, on the topics of avoiding gestational diabetes, pregnancy in T1DM and pregnancy and coeliac disease. Sally also studies and works with couples with thyroid conditions, PCOS, all types of diabetes, on minimising risk of gestational diabetes, endometriosis and gastrointestinal issues including IBD, coeliac disease and bariatric surgery. She still has a special interest in all cases of T1DM, coeliac disease and other women’s health issues due to her own personal experience.

Sally explains, "Referring GPs tell my clients it's because we take a holistic view of the person and consider all their health requirements before providing personalised evidence-based dietary advice. They and the clients also like how we explain health conditions to make it more meaningful, and provide practical advice on how to enjoy delicious food that will also improve health."

We are now able to offer services 6 days a week since taking on an excellent Accredited Practising Dietitian, Jasmine Wolfe. Jasmine is approachable and caring and provides dietetic services on Tuesdays for pension card holders and clients with Medicare EPC/DVA plans. For our weekend clients Jasmine is available on Sundays.  Jasmine has a holistic approach and is passionate about empowering others to improve their health through nutrition and lifestyle changes. She works collaboratively with her clients to provide evidence based nutrition advice and to develop individualised health goals. Her aim is to help people make sustainable lifestyle changes that will result in long term health improvements.

Marchini Nutrition is based in Swansea for convenient access of surrounding suburbs including, to the south: Swansea Heads, Caves Beach, Murray's Beach, Catherine Hill Bay, Lake Munmorah, Kanwal, Gwandalan and Summerland Point; and to the north: Pelican, Blacksmiths, Belmont, Warners Bay, Dudley and many more. We can also see people via Zoom, Skype or by telephone calls if distance is an issue.

To help clients and GPs see tangible results, we've recently invested in an InBody 270 body composition analysis tool which among other body composition elements, provides a level of visceral fat, the type of fat that is linked with chronic disease. Clients can arrange a 15 minute consult to have their body scanned, and then Sally or Jasmine can help you reduce the visceral fat content with her personalised dietetic advice in further consultations.

Sally works in social media and runs a closed Facebook group called ‘Be Well Gluten Free’ to provide Australians with good information and support for those needing a gluten free diet for whatever reason.

With 15 years marketing experience prior to studying dietetics, Sally enjoys writing explanatory articles and blogs for a variety of publications. Have a look at some of her previous work on the Marchini Nutrition Blogs and Media Coverage pages.

Marchini Nutrition is a comprehensive personalised nutrition programme that strives to give its clients the opportunity to live a healthier and happier life through lifestyle changes. Sally offers medical nutrition therapy for people struggling with all kinds of chronic health conditions that need the guidance from a practising dietitian. She also helps people without any health conditions improve themselves mentally, emotionally, and physically through a healthy diet.
